Bars & Tubes
At thyssenkrupp Aerospace our highly-trained technicians use purpose-made, highspeed saws to cut bars and tubes precisely to the requirements of each of our customers.
Tube cutting has to be approached carefully so the materials are not damaged or the dimensions altered. We guarantee that all materials are handled and processed with maximum care and attention to details.
Our bars and tubes cutting services and customer benefits
We pride ourselves on always cutting, finishing, and delivering bars and tubes exactly to the requirements of each customer. Depending on the diameter, we can cut bars and tubes as a single piece or in a bundle. Cutting bundles saves significant amounts of time.
Bars can be supplied in mill sizes, halved to make handling easier, or cut into billets or discs. Chamfering ends, turning and boring services can be provided in subsequent production steps.
We offer the options of deburring or chamfering bars and tubes, as well as washing and degreasing, so your order is ready to use immediately ready upon delivery.
After careful finishing, bars and tubes are packaged in a way that complies with our strict sustainability standards before being dispatched on time to our clients. We offer a choice of packaging materials, including returnable boxes, foil wrapping, or heat-sealed plastic shrink wrap. As part of our sustainability goals, we minimize packing material without compromising protection of the finished parts.
We also guarantee full traceability of deliveries as well as easy handling.
