Growing Partnership with Rolls-Royce

The thyssenkrupp Aerospace team in Indianapolis, Ind. is undergoing some exciting growth as we expand our partnership with Rolls-Royce North America. With a new, 15-year contract to manage all parts for Rolls-Royce’s engine manufacturing, we’re in the process of building a brand-new warehousing facility and growing our skilled team.

We are proud to support Rolls-Royce as a third-party logistics (3PL) service provider by consolidating the supply chain and inventory management structure for all finished parts under one roof – we call it OneBox. thyssenkrupp Aerospace has already partnered with Rolls-Royce for more than 16 years, providing vendor-managed inventory services for a portion of its engine manufacturing assets.

With more than 30 configurations of small and large turbine engines, Rolls-Royce’s extensive design, manufacturing, assembly, and overhaul capabilities support many key customers including the U.S. Department of Defense, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Bell, Robinson Helicopter, Gulfstream, and major commercial airline providers such as American Airlines, United, and Delta.
